Every seal has its own number that we track from the roll to your bin, through storage, to delivery. If a seal is ever damaged, missing or does not match, you hear from us straight away. Anyone can check that a seal number is genuine on our seal check page. No personal details are shown.

Packing tips to avoid damage

Put heavy items (books, tools) in smaller bins and keep each bin easy to lift.
Wrap fragile items in towels or clothing, and fill gaps so nothing slides.
Do not overfill: the lid should close flat so bins stack safely.
Pack heavy bins at the bottom of the stack and lighter ones on top.
Label each bin by room, and add a photo of what is inside.

Request your bins for a show date. We bring them to the venue or loading dock, and can pick them up on the last day and take them back into storage.

Pack once, scan to restock

List what is in each bin with photos, then search for the item you need. Scan a bin at the booth to see its contents, so restocking mid-show is quick.

A typical vendor season

Off-season: your stock, displays and supplies stay sealed in our vault.
A week before a show: pick the bins you need and book the delivery from your phone.
Show day: bins arrive at the venue or loading dock. Scan a bin at your booth to see what is inside and restock fast.
Last day: we collect the bins and take them back to the vault.
Between shows: update your lists and photos, ready for the next event.

Vendor questions

How far ahead should I book a show delivery?

A week ahead is ideal, especially for busy weekends and holiday markets. Last-minute requests are possible, so ask us.

Can you deliver to a venue or loading dock?

Yes. Put the venue address, booth number and loading-dock instructions in your request and we plan around them. Delivery is free within 10 miles of Elmwood Park, NJ (07407); elsewhere we quote you first.

Can the bins come back to the vault after the show?

Yes. Tick "bring the bins back to the vault" and give us the last day of the show. We book the pick-up for you.

Will my stock be protected?

Rigid bins with lids protect from crushing, damp and dust. Stored bins are closed with two numbered tamper-evident seals, and we check them with you at hand-over.

Can I do several shows in a weekend?
